Old Sport under a Sunflower

Old Sport is made by needle felting sheep's wool. He is hanging on to the stem of a Sunflower, bracing himself for a Fall storm. A hand-sewn felt coat with sunflower embroidery complete Old Sports snappy look. 
This piece measures 9 inches tall (top of sunflower) and 4.5 inches wide, secured to a slice of wood. 
All items come with an informational card about the art of needle-felting as well as a postcard for gifting. 
All pieces are display only, not suitable for children.
